Would recommend for short stay

Spacious room, excellent breakfast, with amazing options like omelets and tapioca made from scratch. the staff at the restaurant were polite and the indoor swimming pool was enjoyable for relaxation.

Everything was spot on.

Dirty shower with mold. enjoyed the inviting lobby decor.

The Superior Double Room was spacious and clean, and having helpful staff made my stay pleasant. Breakfast stood out with a fantastic variety and fresh options, perfect for starting the day. However, some amenities were basic, and the Wi-Fi connection could be improved.

We stayed at the hotel with our large family, including 7 kids. The breakfast was a hit with everyone, especially the fresh omelet station. The pool was alright for splashing around, but we really enjoyed visiting the nearby Playcenter Theme Park, which was a blast for the kids!

In my wife's opinion, the parking spaces were tight, which made maneuvering with our large vehicle challenging. It would be great if they could allocate larger spots or a designated area for families.

My first room had a cigarette smell, requiring a change. In the second room, the electronic lock malfunctioned, and I had to carry my belongings with me. Water from the leaking bathroom created a mess in the living area.

I had a wonderful 6-night stay while visiting local attractions with my family. The staff were incredibly friendly, especially Wallace, Antonio, and Luh, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was excellent and offered a variety of options, which my family loved. The location was great, with many restaurants conveniently close to the hotel.

The room was well-equipped with air conditioning, a minibar, and a flat-screen TV. Super comfy bed and spacious bathroom with shampoo and body soap included. Breakfast was impressive with freshly made omelets and lots of pastry options. The gym was nice, and the sauna was a great way to unwind. Easy parking for 21 reais/night.

i had a wonderful 6-night stay at blue tree. the staff were incredibly friendly, especially wallace, antonio, and luh. the breakfast was excellent, with lots of options to choose from. i loved that the hotel had a gym and an indoor pool. It’s conveniently located near some great restaurants right in front of the hotel.

Facilities in general need significant improvements!!!

Had a great time with friends! The location was perfect for checking out Playcenter Theme Park and the local shops. The staff was friendly, and we enjoyed using the lift to get around easily. Just a heads up, the breakfast was decent, making mornings less hectic. Overall, a solid spot for a group getaway.

One downside was the cleanliness of the hotel. While the amenities were nice, coming across some mold in the shower was definitely a concern.

I truly appreciated the warm and inviting decor of Blue Tree Premium Alphaville. The spacious lobby was easy to navigate, making it comfortable for seniors like myself. The staff were incredibly helpful throughout my stay.

A coffee maker in the room would be nice.
